Our Commitment
This Privacy Policy applies to The Patriot's Armor Ministry website and the ministry's related online communications. The ministry is an independent, faith-based online ministry based in South Carolina, USA. This policy does not control websites or services operated by other organizations.
We may receive information you voluntarily send, including:
The providers that host and protect this website may automatically process limited technical information. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time of access, referring page, and diagnostic or security information. Google Analytics also helps us understand general, non-identifying website use, such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how visitors found the site. This information helps deliver the site, prevent abuse, understand what is useful, and resolve technical problems.
The ministry does not use advertising cookies to follow you across the web. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may allow trusted service providers to process information only as needed to host the website, deliver email, provide embedded content, protect the service, or meet legal and safety obligations.
A Special Note
The prayer request feature opens your own email application so you can review and send the message directly to the ministry. The request is not submitted to or stored by a ministry website form. Your email provider and the ministry's email provider will handle the message under their own terms and privacy practices.
Please share only what you are comfortable sending by email. We will treat prayer requests with care and will not publish your name, request, or testimony without permission. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent serious harm, protect someone's safety, or comply with law.
If you subscribe to ministry email updates, EmailOctopus helps us manage the list and deliver messages. It may process your email address, subscription status, and delivery events such as opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes. Every ministry email includes an unsubscribe link. You may use that link at any time or contact us directly to ask to be removed.
Parts of the website rely on other services. Their privacy policies, not this one, govern information they process through their services.

We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant record. Some information may need to be retained when required by law, for security, or to honor an unsubscribe request. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.
We may update this policy when the website, ministry practices, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.
